Developing Leaders Day is a unique one-day leadership seminar held during the International Congress developed and run by a consortium consisting of Cadbury Schweppes and ABN AMRO. 32 high potential managers from both organizations gather to deliver a series of sessions and trainings to 550 members of the global leadership of AIESEC.

For seven years Developing Leaders Day has been a very successful program as all parties involved greatly benefit from it:

1. AIESEC leaders gain unique skills and knowledge,
2. Cadbury Schweppes and ABN AMRO high potential managers go through a challenging personal development experience of facilitating exceptionally diverse group of young people
3. Both organizations build very strong connection with the AIESEC membership not only through brand presence connected with the event but through direct interaction of their managers with the top talent of AIESEC
