Activating Leadership in young people is the base of how we help young people to discover and develop their potential to have a positive impact on society. We do this through providing over 5,000 practical experiences in leadership, as well as trainings in soft skills and functional areas in over 350 conferences and thousands of activities each year.

The fact that this global organization, with more than 28,000 people in more than 100 countries is run by a group of university students is impressive. The fact the entire management turns over every year is even more impressive. But, that is what makes AIESEC unique and what gives you the opportunity to step up and take on leadership roles.

• Manages a budget of 1000 to 60,000 euro
• Services 5-15 companies and NGOs
• Runs a strategic planning process for the year
• Participates in national discussions on strategy
• Trains at local and national events

• Manages AIESEC at 4 to 50 different universities
• Develops the agenda and delivers training at conferences with up to 300 people
• Selling and managing major partnerships with companies and organizations
• Represent country at AIESEC conferences
• Leads the development of a national long-term plan
• Leads develop of national strategies for different functional areas
